1 st Signature Settlement Services will send you a welcome letter as soon as your title order is received. This letter will contain valuable contact information. When your loan has been approved, 1 st Signature will again contact you in order to schedule a time and place for settlement. A licensed Settlement Officer will conduct the settlement and notarize your signature. You will receive a letter from 1 st Signature as soon as all documents have been recorded among the land records. This letter will be your assurance that the transaction is fully complete.
